Groupy is not autogrouping

Hello all, I'm testing out the groupy trial and I am having some trouble getting the software to work properly for me.

Let me preface this post with the knowledge that I had previously enabled Windows Sets feature in the new Insider Preview if that makes any difference.

Anyways, when clicking the new tab button inside explorer.exe it simply opens a new window slightly underneath the parent window. I do have autogrouping enabled for explorer.exe, it does not seem to make any difference.

I recorded a gif showing the behavior. From the videos I've seen of other users with the software, they seem to be getting the behavior I desire! Please help me solve this!

Thank you:)

Hmm, no luck there.

This is a fresh install of Insiders Preview 17627. I wonder if this has anything to do with it.

I am afraid that is something we cannot ignore or account for.  That said, we will keep an eye on it for testing internally.

Thank you.

AntiMatter, I only have one machine with the RS4 RTM (17133) atm, but I've checked with several apps (including Explorer) and things seem cool. Could you please try with this build? It'll work with your existing 30 day trial. If it's still having problems, what might be different from your install off the top of your head... x86 or x64 (only checked x64 so far). Version 1.1 of the trial?

Be sure to reboot after install

Thanks for all your help guys; Ill see if that build makes any difference.

The only reason I installed the preview was to test out the sets feature, its not really a requirement for me.

Its a pretty basic installation. I moved my default library locations to an external drive. In addition to this the only customization I have installed would be StartIsBack.
