A precuror planet that can be colonized without special tech.
I never would have believed one existed - I've never seen one.
I'm guessing this is on tight clustors/medium size?
Here is my idea of a great start, Asteroids to develop and a star in range. I have bigger maps and neighbor stars are rare.

Frogboy - Now that's a very nice start. I haven't seen anything close to that for quite a few versions, and I'm not one to settle for just any start. Of course I only play Ludicrous/Loose with all the settings maxed out, so that may have something to do with it
