taskbar is without skin :(

windowsblinds does not work properly with me, I have windows 10 and if I change a skin is below the taskbar without skin.Does somebody has any idea ???

Unlock the taskbar if it is locked, the left click on it holding the mouse button down and drag the taskbar to vertical. Then click and drag it back down to horizontal. Did that help?

Try Purging WB's and then re-installing with latest version
