KVM Option Disappeared

I was using seamless just fine, but when I wanted to add another laptop I have running, which I can't easily see or get to I upgraded. Now I can't get KVM to even be an option.

Your order KVM upgrade today failed (incorrect billing information). Once you complete it successfully, you need to use the new KVM key here:
