CursorFX downloads as $ in Win10

When I try to download the free trial of CursorFX It wants to save it as $ for the filename. This is at a CNET link. Now, was I supposed to be sent to CNET? I'm visually-impaired so I'm deathly afraid I'm clicking on clickbait ..... Is there some way to make sure I get the real free trial?

If you click the download button it should download a file name "CursorFX_free_2.16_setup.exe from https://stardock.cachefly.net
