I still have 500+ vinyls, mostly Eighties... Wanted to sell them on one point but then decided to keep them and spent a whole holliday to record many of them to CD via PC (those not available on CD anymore).
(Born 1965, so the Eighties are a big deal for me...)

... I think that was the decade running got so popular (at least with me). Marathon, 10Ks... and all the Ts that came at the finish line!

I kept the piercings, too. My left ear is pierced 6 times, the right is pierced 3 times.

Do you remember wearing one long earing on one side and a short one on the other? Or using a safety pin for an ear ring? (Those were silly days...)

And yes, in the left ear the longer the earing the better. And in the right, maybe just a stud? Did the safety pin thing too. One time in class we connected several safety pins and made a long one

Or here's a classic, writing on the sides of the high tops high tops were a must for the 'rockers') band names in their lettering or symbols. (goofballs)

And concert shirts had to have cut off sleeves, and cut until they became midriffs.

Those were very silly days. But great ones That statement proved I am getting old. Aaah and the fellas back then...at that age for me,the longer the hair the better or they just weren't eye candy
