I went back to the 600 plus skins here it was funny to see the old skins...and I have to wonder why those old skins are kept 
I guess some people are nostalgic and like the older skins, and what's more, quite a few work pretty well on Win 10, so they're not exactly redundant, either. In fact, I have kept a few favourite skins from way back because look great on the desktop.
