Invisible Star bases and Star Ports

I am getting this bug where structures turn invisible.

Any idea why + fix?

A little bit more info please. Are you using Mods, Custom Factions, Custom Shipsets, all of the mentioned or some of them? What version of the game, Vanilla or Crusade? When this happens in the game ect.
