the GalacticMainframe (and its*.png's) are not in the tech tree
Had my head where the sun doesn't shine .. working properly
Galactic Mainframe does not seem to be working right. I built it recently and it only works for the planet it is built on. Surely a one time wonder like this is supposed to have empire wide effect.???
If it is giving empire wide effect, it is not reflected in the stats on the other planets.
