Problems with Stardock 10 in Windows 10

I'm running version 1.55 of Stardock 10 in Windows 10.  I am using the Windows 7 Style start menu. On the left side it shows only settings whenever I click the start button; at the bottom it says "All programs". If I hover the mouse over that, all the programs appear. This also happens if I use the Modern Style but doesn't happen if I use the Windows 10 Style start menu.  I would like to have the left side show the programs when I click start in either the Windows 7 or Modern style. I've looked everywhere for a way to configure this and can't find it.  Someone else had a problem like this and fixed it; I couldn't understand how he did it, but it looked like he went into the Registry.

Do you mean the left hand side of the menu is always blank unless you press the All programs button?

If so that area usually shows pinned applications and recently used applications.

By default both should be showing as Start10 shows a Windows 10 Menu link in the top of the pinned item and recently used applications will be prepopulated by Windows 10.

Recently used applications is controlled by the setting on the Configure page in Start10 configuration.  You may need to reboot for this to take affect.
