Everyone I finally found out why Enemy monsters never raze AI's outposts but loves to raze human's outposts all the time.
Reason: Cuz I can't move my army onto the outpost to raze it despite magnar being at war against me. o.o
Cuz I'm trying to move my army onto the outpost to raze it but I can't move onto it cuz the game isn't allowing me.
