Viber titlebar looks transparent and it is not skinned!

Open wbperapp.ini in the windowblinds folder off shared documents\stardock\WindowBlinds

Add the following to the bottom

[viber.exe]
DirectXIsOk=1
IgnoreApp=0
OpenGLOK = 1

Close and reopen viber.
