Is Tom having a problem with his website? I haven't been able to get on there for 2 days. I've tried Internet explorer and firefox.

Unfortunately, yes, both lightstar1.com and maxstyles.com are down, sites, email and FTP. Seems my host has a major server problem they are trying to fix, and evidently they don't know what they are doing in my opinion. Sorry, hopefully they will get the sites back online soon. I am currently looking for a better host also.

Well, I never found a new host Ross, but I am still looking. It is a pain to switch hosts, and things can go wrong.  :S

52 hours of downtime is unacceptable, heck 1 hour is unacceptable when you're running a business.

I've been using them for over 15 years now and have, as far I know, never had any downtime during that time.
