I have the command line options but I don't know where to put them.
Off screen? Might I ask how you know it's even actually running if it's off screen?

Never mind. Fixed it.

The .exe shows it in the thumbnail but not on screen. Damn thing was hidden off the top edge of the screen and changing the skin to one larger allowed me to pull it back. All I need do is reset the screen position. Sorry.
