Maybe WinCustomize should have a skinning tutorial section

Having a turorial section would be awesome because in there we could have code indexes that people could use to find bits of code if they are stuck. I think there might be some demand for that. I know I wouldnt mind having a code library around the corner to help me out. Just something to think about. What do you think?

Last thing I heared was that they were looking into this. Nothing else was said. But I think T-man said that they might be making one. It's a idea that they been throwing around for a while

That's all I know

There is a project pending for a "Wincustomize University" kinda thing. But it's been put on the back burner for now. Some day, maybe. Probably.

Iasked about this a while ago, a bunch of stuff was said adout people thinking about it, but nothin was said after that, a ideas of when or anything.

- Heres a tip for windowblinds -
Scrollbars always scroll all of the way to the end, so if you
want a border around your scrollbar, instead of putting it in the
frame, put the edges of it in the scrool buttons instead.

Hey NightTrain I was thinking the same thing. I've really had to hunt around for the appropriate help files. Even then I think there should be the 'dummy for all dummies' section for people like me.I couldn't even figure out how to install some of these progs when I first started. What would be great would be a tabbed index, each labeled with the differents OD components so if you needed help on say iconpackager or desktopx, you could just go to it, click on the first line which would be a link for the official documentation and if you were still unclear then ask your question or look at other posts for the answers.I think in the long run it would reduce frustration for the core people here who are answering the same questions over and over and over and over....(you get my drift).
