Naphaz' Spectre does nothing

Naphaz' spectre does exactly nothing when summoned, because it can never act (not included in fight order). Although it has the 'arcane arrow' ability, which seems to imply a more active role than moveless dummy. For now it works just as a decoy ...

Sorry, it does act. About three rounds after summoned, so usually after the combat's over.
