[Beta 5.3 Bug] Cannot Move Units

After playing a while, my units could not be moved when a new turn started. I managed to get a save just before it happened and another save one turn before that save. It happens everytime when I load either of the saves. They and the support tool information have been submitted on Ticket #FID-426-81678.

If I save after the bug and load that save, everything works correctly.
