Ok it's just a minor thing, but kind of annoying. My old save games that I delete, are right back in my list of saves each time I re-open the game.
Did you delete in game or from the folder??
If you deleted in game they should disappear, if you deleted from the folder and have cloud save enabled it will put your saved games back in.
Long story short either use the game to delete saved games or turn off cloud sync.
I got something similar. I deleted the old folder since beta and reinstalled. If the Steam cloud saving was disabled it certainly didn't work, as my old saves reappeared. I had to to turn it off at Steam's general Cloud Saving to get it to stop.
Happened to me as well,deleted saves are returning unless i turn steams cloud funtionality completely off.
