Stardock not processing orders?

1 week ago I ordered GalCiv II and Rebellion from the store.

Last Friday I re-ordered GalCiv II, thinking my first order got lost.

So far I have had NO word of any kind from Stardock, no emails, no answers to my ticket or phone message.

May I ask if anyone knows WTF is going on with these guys?

Too broke to hire staff or too rich to need my money?

Sheesh! :/

Hey donsanderson, I see your tickets and your orders. Appears they went into the queue for processing. Sorry they went in there, but it's to protect customers, and ourselves from fraud. I've pushed them through(Except for the extra GalCiv2 order, I cancelled it), so expect Rebellion and GalCiv2: Ultimate Edition to show up in your email shortly and on your Stardock account.
