I just made a custom faction with the Intuitive race trait. It doesn't seem to do anything at all. Still taking me many turn to research first techs, in all trees.
i believe that's the tech that gives you your first few techs free?
if so you can only (ATM) select those techs from the advisor screen (nearly everyone goes right to the full tech screen since its more usefull)
so its definately bugged and needs some work
Once you start a new game you need to go to select your free techs. If you don't and save, then reload the game you won't get the free techs.
I got the free techs...lot of them. But I did it straightaway. Perhaps if the game has a chance to autosave you can't get them?
