[Bug] Mark of the Sovereign on Drengin ships causes a Torian revolt

from GalCiv3 Forums

I cast Mark of the Sovereign before entering combat. As soon as the battle starts all Drengin ships exploded. There are these green particles coming from their ships and it appears the Torian crew have deserted their slave masters ships. Nice touch, but way overpowered. Please balance this. Also the music makes me cry and hurts my ears. Fix it or I say goodbye to this game.

Haha, thought you'd appreciate it (or rolled your eyes). Hopefully no music composer were offended or hurt :D. 

Thought I'd have fun by making a scenario that included GalCiv, FE and Star Control...although feel free to use it for a scenario idea :D.
