[Beta 5+opt in] fertile tile disappearing

Here on first turn, there is a fertile land to settle on north of the city:

That seems way to close to your current city. Perhaps that's the map just not being updated until following turn after taking into account your city being formed that close?

Actually I've seen this in arbitrary distances from the city. Yields are dissapearing, but you still can settle there.
