Are you blocking cookies or clearing them out when you close your browser? I only get that situation after I run any program that clears out my cookies, except for CCleaner, which I have set to keep cookies from SD/WC.

I usually start at Recent posts on WinCustomize, in fact, it's my home page. I agree, not being able to collapse the sections would be a real minus. It seems odd that function doesn't work on certain forums.
