Can someone please make a Mod to create custom units with road building?

Seriously, can someone please make a mod so that I can have henchmen do the dirty work instead of my heroes? Please have it compatible with Children of the storm...

It seems simple but it's not for me. I have 0 experience...

 

Is that all of the Mancer abilities? Did I take too much? Am I missing something?

 

New file? What type of document?

 

Internal Names?

 

Remove the Mancer prerequisite (from where to where)?

 

At least I'm trying...
