Having issue with new update. Maps won't load. I"m using a new HP Envy and the game locks up when trying to 'Create World' in both new and saved games.

Prior to submitting a ticket, running our SupportTool would be a great help, as it will provide us with some insight into the issue you're encountering.

When submitting a ticket, please provide as much detailed information about the issue you're encountering as possible. Additionally, information that could be used to replicate the issue on our end would also be a great help.
Examples of useful information for bug-hunting:
- Any erratic behavior that occurred prior to the issue occurring
- Any settings that might've been changed prior
- Does there appear to be a "trigger" of some sort for the issue?
- Any screenshots/videos that illustrate your issue would also assist with locating a root cause
