How can I see my associated computers? As far as I know Fences is only on one machine.

When you remove Fences from a machine, you must deactivate it before uninstalling it if you plan to activate it on another machine.

What is the correct way to deactivate and uninstall Fences 2.1x from a PC, and get 1 activation back?
I want to remove Fences 2.1x from a Windows 7 PC and use it on a Windows 8.1 laptop.
Thanks in advance for the steps required. 
Uninstall it and it will deactivate itself! Version 2.13 includes this new feature, so as long as you're using that version, uninstalling will deactivate it.
