I was about to check on this as well. I know Durantium for mass drivers and Elerium for Beams but there is no current techs that use Anti-matter. I read in another thread that anti matter will be used for Missiles and related defenses.
Also, If I put Black Holes on 'Rare' but resources on Common how does that affect the spawn of Black holes?
