Purchase of WoodWorx by LightStar didn't appear in My Downloads

I just purchased WoodWorx by LightStar and I can't find the download.My money is taken readily enough, why can't I get what I paid for. Annoying to say the least.

I am not seeing that listed in your recent purchases. I see 1 completed order from 5/1 but that item is not on that purchase. Could you have purchased under different info? If so, you can PM me the details or send an email to [email protected]
