Got the Paladin path to show up.
Still unable to get the Church/Cathedral icons to appear. I am not running the Fervor mod.
I don't think it's one of my other mods causing it because when I come across one of these types of problems the first thing I do is start a game with only the mod in question active and attempt to reaffirm the problem.
In this case, the only mod I had running was the Vaynar mod and Paladin mod. (because one needs the other) and the church/cathedral icons do not appear...
Could it be a matter of the Tiles directory within Vaynar not being in the correct location? (though I see in the Fervor that the Tiles directory is not in the Gfx directory)

Just go into VaynarImprovements.xml and find <ArtDef>Art_Cathedral</ArtDef>.
It should be "Art_OHF_Cathedral"
Same for the Church.

More comments. (Using Path of the Paladin ver 0.91 and Vaynar ver 1.09)
- I am now seeing Church & Cathedral icons.
Are they suppose to have the same icon? Both have the three pillar and white flame image.
- In the Paladin trait tree, I notice that Disipline of Armor and Enemy of the Dead are available for choosing right away, despite being quite far down the trait tree. Are these suppose to be auto-selected as part of the Paladin? Or just able to select by the player?
- I don't even know what it does yet, but I'm LOVING how the Faith resource has been implemented. Makes me really wish the undead had some kind of Unholy resource in which to animate it's troops with.
- So the game just crashed. It was right after I was looking at the Faith resource, but that could be coincidence. Nevertheless, attached are the files incase you find something that belongs to your mod:

- Out of curiosity, how does Bonded Mount work? Is it a random summoning spell? Do I need to have control of the creature? Is it a possession spell?
- When hovering over the Faith Resource, below my last city there is a "String Not Found". Not sure what it's referring to.

- Searing Light spell: AWESOME!
- Very minor, but when selecting Disipline of Constitution during a levelup, only 'Disipline of' fit in the selection box.
- Most units in the Train list have a small round icon to depict the type of weapon they have. I've noticed that the Vaynar Vanguard and the Forgiven do not have such icons. (the Vaynar Sentinel does though).
Well, played for about 1.5 hours....haven't come across anything majorly broken and odd yet. Overall, very balanced approach taken. Really enjoying this mod!

- I should really use the Faith resource more. right now only Templars, Crusaders and Paladin require it. Maybe I should have Hawkeyes and Sentinels require it too? Don't know about the forgiven. they are supposed to be a cheap, throw-away unit.
- hm..don't know what caused that crash.
- Bonded Mount will create a Graveyard. It sez deadly but it really isn't. Go there, you will talk to a Banshee to get your animal bond mount. Be careful tough, depending on your choice you might have to fight your mount first.
- "String Not Found" is normal for higher-level stuff added. So custom resources or weapons will show that since they aren't defined in the games strings for translation. Dont' know where to define them. Noticed other mods have the same problem.
- Greatswords are a new weapon type that isn't defined and doesn't have an icon yet. Looking into it.

I really like what I've seen from the Paladin path so far. Imo, you wouldn't want to make the path too awesome or else all your heroes will become Paladins. There needs to be balance with the other options available. As it is now, I've had a really difficult time choosing being traits upon each levelup. They all seem similar in goodness, yet are very diverse in ability.
I haven't counted the available traits from the other classes, but that could be one thing to consider. Each class should have approx the same number of level up options so that the player/AI has a decent chance to fill out their hero the way they want over the course of a game. Just a thought...
As for Faith, I haven't gotten to the point where I can build Templars, Crusaders, and Paladins. Presumably they are tech prereqed. If that is indeed the case, it may be beneficial to move the Church a little further down the tech tree to be more inline with with available units. I don't think the Hawkeye or Sentinel should require Faith. At those levels, a player could design there own unit that will be comparable, but without the need for Faith. Kinda defeats the point of requiring that special resource.

Go to VanyarUnits.xml,.
Set <CanBeDesigned> to 1
That should fix it. Hopefully.
Also, in elemental.str (this is a core file) you can add:
[Faith_Description] The amount of faith your faction has accumulated, representing how pious your faction is.
[WeaponUpgradeType_Greatsword] Greatsword
Those two lines should get rid of "String Not Found" message
K, I'm going to roll out one more version - probably a final one unless I start adding new meshes.
B.t.w. - Sentinels and Hawkeyes have a special perks that aren't available ion Unit Designer. I'm probably gonna put a minimum Faith requirement for both (1 Faith point).
Alos, The Cathedral will be a completely new building ,not an upgrade of the Church. It will be a lot bigger too.

I haven't been able to download version 1.2 either on Internet Explorer 10 or Comodo IceDragon (a Firefox variant), with or without being logged in. And no-one else has downloaded in the 2 - 3 hours since you uploaded it, so there may be an issue.
I haven't downloaded it because I'm still finishing off my game on ver 1.1.
ps....there are more comments coming. (up to you Soronarr if you want to use them...)

I've been distracted of late, so I'll post the comments that I currently have...
Now playing Paladin ver 0.92 and Vaynar ver 1.1; starting a new game:
- You mentioned that the Church now has a new icon. I am not seeing those changes.
- Why can't King Ellderon wear a Padded Vest?
- Right at the beginning, I seem to be receiving +2 mana from 'units'. Does King Ellderon have some ability?
- Inspire IV does not have '-4 to Paladin attack'. Was this intentional?
- As a point of balance, I am finding the Rush ability Vaynar units receive to be quite powerful. I understand that, while Relias has this ability too, they don't have has many other useful benefits that can be seen with the Vaynar blood.
- Recommend increasing the permanent life loss from Summon Luminarch from 1 to 3.
- I really like the idea of having the 'once per game' castings from Bonded Mount, Sword Quest, and Quest for Justice. Not sure if the mana costs are priced right...but I do really like the idea.
- Recommend increasing Champions Call cooldown from 50 turns to 100 turns. Otherwise, increase it's mana cost from 50 to 200.
- The Grand Cathedral should require an amount of Faith to construct. Perhaps 25 ??
As I play the game more, I'll consider more comments.
Hmm.... I'm sure it's in 1.1 too. In the build list(and on the map), the Chuch should now look like a cross.

Vaynar blood has +5 spell resistance and +2 attack vs undead .. or was that +1 attack in general and an additinal +1 vs udead.I'll have to check.
that's stock Path of the Paladin stuff. i didnt' change the casting time or prices. I think.
