I'm curious. I have many usable textured meshes of weapons that I could quickly port into the game. The question is - can it currently be done?
Yes, you can use havok content tools 7.1 (32-bit) and https://forums.elementalgame.com/401142/ to set up Maya and 3ds Max to export to .hkb format (havok format).
