Furnaceborn's Fire Goes Away When You Equip an Item

It happens every time: I equip an item with her, her fire goes away until the next time I reload the save. 

It's annoying and takes away her uniqueness. Please fix it.

Also, when I meet the new leaders, they don't represent their respective factions, but new and made up ones. That's also annoying.

That happens occasionally with my custom factions when I have them playing as AI opponents.
