Is the population of the planets not very low? I find it funny when the highest population is only about 300.
There should already be a few million
The population is not the exact number of people. It's likely measured in some unit like billions of people, or more likely some sort of logarithmic scale, since a Terran planet should have way more than 14 times the population of an asteroid.
