Can anyone assist me in locating the installer for WindowFX Beta for Win8?
I just purchased the software, and I'm only able to download the latest release that is for Win7, not 8.

WindowFX 5.12 is the most recent version. It is for 8 as well as 7.
Go here to get it ( https://store.stardock.com/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=/myaccount/products ) , or use Object Desktop Manager.

It turns out, I had to reboot, and run a reinstall. After that, the program started working just fine!
This makes it so easy to keep track of what I'm doing with the window fading. Something so small as that, increases productivity.
