So I made a custom faction and picked altarian blood. I researched henchmen in magic but dont know how to actually train them. Do I need a certain building or city level?
There should be henchmen in your train unit menu to recuit from any settlement. If there isn't you'll need to design some. Just design some trained units as switch the tab to henchmen vs male or female.
Or, you could take the pre-designed Henchmen units (Torchbearer, etc.) and modify them.
