[CRASH] when the game starts

hello
I played lh for a year. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game because I changed my PC.
when booting, an error screen appears immediately:

in italian "avvio del gioco fallito (errore sconosciuto). in english; "Starting the game failed. unknown error"

I followed the instructions of the steam support site and contacted the service center of stardock but the instructions they sent me by email did not work.

the crash does not generate the file debug.err

has anyone had the same my problem?
you know help me?...

If you aren't getting far enough to generate a debug.err file, please continue to work with support on your issue. If you have only gotten the auto-reply with common solutions so far, they should review your ticket and get back to you within a couple of business days.

Try this, it worked for me:

http://download.microsoft.com/download/8/B/4/8B42259F-5D70-43F4-AC2E-4B208FD8D66A/vcredist_x86.EXE

I uninstalled FELH, downloaded the vcredist_x86.EXE file, opened it from my dl folder, ran as administrator, restarted my computer, reinstalled FELH, and it worked!
