I haven't seen this reported so here we go: since the release of version 1.50 I am unable to rotate buildings (shift+mouse wheel) when manual placement is enabled.
This is happening for me as well. I'm running no mods. Fully patched.
Yup, had this happen to myself as well. I do enjoy rotating my buildings for maximum prettiness, don't care to change my build selections until it gets to the right angle.
That's an awesome feature I didn't even know existed. Being a little on the OCD side of the fence I'd be all over that like a fat kid on a smartie. Shame it doesn't work anymore though.
