[1.50 BUG(?)] Assassin's Blade quest appears to be unfinished

I did all 3 tasks but nothing special happened. Only got an item in the quest list that said "Have Assassin's Blade". Nothing happens when it is clicked. The original tile for the quest is still there with a white marker (indicating not done).

Is it supposed to work this way?

Yeah, it would be nice if the quest gave some better instructions on that third step. I think it says something like bring the sword to the tile, but never says you have to unequip it.
