Decor8 1.06 & DeskScape Beta 8.09 are broken together on Windows 8.1

You can ether have 1 or the other but not both when it comes to trying to use custom background on the start screen.. Well in make case having video wall paper as a startscreen background with all the decor8 Features...

I slight a bit touge tied in my video but here's the issue I have with both trying to complete for the same space.

 Video still may be processing on the youtube side

 

 

btw I think having a video wall paper as a Desktop and startscreen background is way color them static images that ether change or don't change

I am afraid nothing is broken here, the problem is you are simply trying to do two things which by their nature are incompatible with each other.

If any OS background is set then Decor8 is disabled as you have told Decor8 that you want the OS to manage it.  Likewise if you set a background in Decor8 then the OS settings are disabled.

no the problem is when I use decot8 and use the "desktop" background option it decor8, it doesn't play the video in the startscreen just only ether a still image of the video or no image of the video at all
