Question about map DLC

I am wondering if the map pack is the same map pack I bought a few months ago. I am going to get the quest pack today and would love to know if I am missing anything or if it is the same maps.

I tried to buy the map pack and it wouldn't let me. It said I already owned it and couldn't purchase it twice.
