[Bug][1.3] Defensive Strike

When the enemy unit uses defensive strike, I can't use it on them. The popup says that this unit already has this applied to it. Which is silly because I'm not trying to apply an ability to the enemy unit, I'm trying to damage it while remaining defensive.
