I have two computers, one that works fine and installed through steam.  The computer that I'm having a problem with doesn't have internet connection where it is, so steam is in offline mode (originally setup with a wifi tether on my phone), but I'm not going to download 3.7gb through my phone's connection so I copied the Steam local files of the working computer to USB and transferred them to the Steam folder on the other computer without Internet.

Initial setup went fine, and I was playing through the tutorial and started a new game no problems, only slight texture corruption.  But after some time without playing I started it up again and some of the textures are solid black; All units, towns, rivers on the map, are all solid black.  Starting a new game is presented with a solid black sovereign.

I have updated video drivers to the latest version (307.83), uninstalled, reinstalled, recopied the game data, tried all graphical settings turned off, nothing works.  I'm stuck with this texture issue, thanks to anyone who can help me out with this,
