[BUG][1.2]BattleAutoCastSpell on items is bugged

Casts twice on non champion units.

When creating an item with a BattleAutoCastSpell modifier the resulting spell is cast twice on trained units or at least shows twice and has twice the effect.

What is the code of the spell you are trying to cast? It would be helpful to see.

I have the same problem for modded items. There aren't any vanilla items with the modifier.
