[1.3][Bug] City enchantments have no effect

As the title says, if i enchant my city (+Mana, + Income...), it wont have any effect...

have you checked after ending the turn?

they work for me in the NEXT turn after casting the enchantment

Additional information would be good. Screenshots, save games. I haven't experienced this issue.

Have you tried clicking on the city again to force a refresh of the HUD?
