No but you can use the Converter that came with the game to change the BIN files to TXT. Harpo has one.

leo unless you have a rebellion version (with DLC) of greater than 1.52, then the ref files in my thread ARE current and just in an archive with all folder structure as per the binned game files.

it is a good idea to place the ref files in a different location to the game files as the windows program files folder does NOT like archive managers overwriting existing files, and does it's best to PREVENT overwriting of existing files.
