Made Lord Markin a vassal and in doing so, inherited him with all of this active enchantments. They don't show on the enchantment list thus they do not cost any maintenance. Minor issue, but odd, unless you are considering a vassal his/her own source of mana and upkeep.

Funny thing I've noticed is that they also seem to accumulate unique abilities that were attributed to other champions
