[1.2 Quest DLC] Bug? I chose +20 research option and didn't get the RP?

I got the Forgetting God quest and elected to salvage the remaining books... but i didn't get the +20 RP and no sound effect.

Anyone else encounter this?

The code looks correct, are you sure you didn't get the research? The only error I see with the code is that 

<NextObjectiveID>2</NextObjectiveID>

but there is no ObjectiveID 2, and so really it should be

<NextObjectiveID>1</NextObjectiveID>

Thanks for checking... I will double check it next time I get the quest.  I have turned autosave off to speed up my play so I can't go back and retry it this game.  

 

But if the code checks out... definitely could be I got it and just didn't hear the sound effect you get with a research boost...

just got this one happen to me. Chose the research option and received research...cause it finished off my tech and had to chose a new one.

Thanks, Derek and GFireflyE!  I got the quest this game and chose the other option (curiosity, couldn't help it).   O:)

 

Funny how the little sounds worm your way into your brain... and how you can "miss" them more than notice them when they are there...
