[BUG][1.2 LH] Ceresa Frozen

Good Morning

Ceresa has been sitting on that tile for about 40 turns now. She doesn't attack the wolves, nor does she move away and do other more important things. This particular game would have been challenging for me as Ceresa was doubling me in faction power and applying pressure on my southern border....but now that's she's stopped playing the game....well, I've soared past.

I'm still encountering this as well, with different custom Sovs. Moving them to another square via Ctrl-T seems to fix whatever is hanging them up, but I can't find any common apparent factor.

Besides the freezing, Ceresa has also picked the 'wrong' specialization, it seems. I thought that glitch got fixed?
