Enemy has debuffed my city

With the same debuff twice. (-3 initiative X 2)


Any way to dispel it?

 

 I tried the spell called "dispel" but apparently it is for removing buffs from opponent cities.

 

How long do the debuff's last?

 

A guy spends time building his main fortress with unique World/Faction buildings and it is whimsically rendered useless because of debuffs? If so, it isn't worth the effort to build the unique buildings and it definitely makes the game less interesting/fun.

Dispel Enchantment. You have to have the tech researched under the magic tree Sorcery

There used to be a bug where the results of dispel won't be displayed until next turn. You might be experiencing that one.

As parrot said, you need the global dispel, not the one for unit spells. Having not done the research of the magic tree is getting punished ;)

As to the duration: same as yours, i.e. as long as the cost is paid.
