Can't download 1.17 beta?

I tried last night at home, and this morning in the office. When I click on the link in the beta sticky post I get this error:

500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed."

I just checked here and the link seems fine : https://stardock.cachefly.net/Start8_1.17_beta_setup_sd.exe

The alternative is you can login to your store account and download from there.
