Almost everything here will work on Win98. CursorXP won't.

XP has features that make it attractive to skinners. Unless something is marked XP or stated to be specifically for it, though, I think you can assume it will work on 98.

Are XP windowblinds themes backwards-compatable? I was kinda wondering that myself.

Yes, WindowBlinds skins for XP are compatible with older versions of Windows. They contain files that will skin your XP taskbar and start menu if you have them. If you don't, those parts of the skin are simply not used.

I may be incorrect but XP themes have an additional start menu and task-bar section which only works with XP. Everything else is the same since the XP start menu and task-bar can be turned off and/or look like the original 98 appearance.
